LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey Club have announced that 18-year-old goaltender Brandon Kegler has been reassigned to the Lloydminster Bobcats of the Alberta Junior Hockey League.

Kegler, who hails from Leduc, Alberta, was listed by the Hurricanes late last season and appeared in one game as an emergency back-up. The netminder appeared in two games this pre-season with the Hurricanes posting a 1.48 goals against average and a .951 save percentage.

The move leaves incumbents Stuart Skinner and Jayden Sittler as the only two goaltenders remaining on the Hurricanes roster. The team still has a total of 27 players including nine defenseman and 16 forwards.

The Hurricanes complete the 2015 ENMAX Pre-Season Thursday and Friday with games in the Crowsnest Pass before beginning the 2015-2016 regular season on Friday, September 25th when they host the Medicine Hat Tigers in the Dairy Queen Home Opener.

Individual game tickets for the 2015-2016 season are now available by calling (403) 329-SEAT.
