LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey Club is proud to announce that first year import forward Egor Babenko has been listed as a ‘C’ skater in the latest NHL Central Scouting Players to Watch for the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
A ‘C’ rating indicates that Babenko could potentially be taken in the NHL Draft from rounds four to six.

In his first year with the Hurricanes, Babenko has collected 22 points (12g-10a) in 23 games so far this season. The 18-year-old from Tyumen, Russia was selected fifth overall in the CHL Import Draft in June.
