The rat problem in New york is intensifying

Rates were spotted hiding out in the tires of a parked Honda early Thursday morning,  scurrying about and frightening residents and tourists.   One photographer said the corner was crawling with vermin. He snapped a photo of the rats perched inside the hubcaps of the car.  One rodent, was reportedly the size of a cat
